COLOUR VARIATION / WEAR & TEAR
Our designs evolve over time and there may be some variation in angles, elements, etc. compared to what is seen online. Each product being individually handmade may have minor variation in size, shape, and finish.
Fabric : WE USE UPCYCLED , RECYCLED FABRIC from printers, designers, vendors. Each piece made from the same fabric might look similar but not the same.Slight variation might occur in different parts or patches. This is a general property of the fabric which cannot be controlled.
Wood : Wood being a natural material will have some flaws, variation in color/grains, or imperfections, which is considered to be a part of IT’S natural beauty. Natural variations in color, knots, stress marks, etc. are not considered defects of workmanship and materials. Wood surfaces are subject to denting, scratching, etc. if not properly used and cared for. Users should also be aware that all surface finishes mellow with age.
Metal : Some of the products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose IT’S shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.
Defects and Scratches : All Nappa Dori products are hand crafted , hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.
NOTE: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ASSEMBLY
Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Also at present, only a selection of our goods are available for online orders. We intend to extend this in future to a much wider range. As our retail outlets vary in size, it is possible that not all items are displayed in all stores. Some items may require self assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

SHIPPING
All products are shipped through Indian Post or Standard Courier service. Goods are shipped 10-15 days (Domestic orders) and 15-25 days (International orders) of placement of the order, except orders placed on Sundays and national holidays, which are processed on the next working day. AS WE MAKE FRESH ONES YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
Domestic : Free shipping on all orders above INR 5000/- within India.
Rest of the world : Free shipping on orders above $350 for first time customers.
Standard shipping charges applicable for goods under INR 5000/-
Shipping charges like Octroi, Duty or any state charges if applicable are to be paid by the buyer. Please read our return & exchange policy on the terms & conditions page for more details. Returns are applicable only if the goods are damaged in transit.
RETURN POLICY
Lukka Chuppi acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Lukka Chuppi will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to customercare@lukkachuppi.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.
ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Lukka Chuppi will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of two weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves. Lukka Chuppi will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
CANCELATION
We do not accept any cancellation on orders after your confirmation. as we only make fresh piece on the confirmation.
